The PC-9 was an improved version of the earlier PC-7 though featured a larger cockpit with ejection seats, more powerful engine, and a host of structural improvements. It has been used by numerous countries as a advanced trainer aircraft. It was even built under license by Beechcraft and used by the United States Air Force as the T-6A Texan II. The fully molded EPO airframe goes together quickly and easily with a minimal of fuss, only a couple of hand tools required. Scale details add to the realism of this model including antennas, panel lines, and a nice 4 blade propeller. Retractable tricycle landing gear gives excellent ground handling even on rougher terrain. The larger size means it will handle more wind, is quite stable, and will impress everyone at the field. Access to the inside of the fuselage to install the battery is through a large access hatch that opens and closes right from your transmitter! The ESC is pre-wired with a XT-60 connector ready to accept your 4S 14.8V 2200~2600mah lipo. After that, just drop in your choice of 6-channel transmitter and receiver, do final setup, and fly!
Please remember to close the landing gear in the fuselage before you put it away when you finish the flying.
