These are amazing! Love the mark II version! Its slightly bigger than the first version though, but it has its advantages!

Solid construction, directions come in English, Channels are hidden so not to be bumped inside the battery compartment, a nice touch. Light comes on when switched to on. Triggers everything I've tried so far including a remote Canon Mark IIn. For the price I couldn't be happier, Sorry Pocket Wizards.

I accidentally purchased the wrong Canon version (there are two) but it still worked on my monostrobes beautifully even through walls in the next room!

Arrived quickly, well packed, and performs as well or better than described. I was blown away by the ease of set-up and operation. Working perfectly within 5 minutes of arrival. Seems to work flawlessly. I haven't discovered the range (reported to be up to 90 meters) but it easily works from anywhere in my backyard. Great product and the price was amazing.

Got these to work with the YN560 Mark IV's and they have never failed me. Just slap the IV's into Rx mode and go.

I got these for my Canon T3i and Yongnuo YN-560 II Speedlight Flash for Canon. They are easy to use. I am pretty much a novice when it comes to camera equipment and have had no problem using these triggers. I highly recommend these for anyone looking for a wirelsss flash trigger. I have NOT used them for a wiresless shutter release yet so I can't comment on that capability.

This product is AMAZING for the price! It works just as I hoped if not better! The ONLY downside (that wasn't a deal breaker for me) is that you have to turn these devises on before mounting a flash. I have used this with my canon 5DII, 5DII, 6D with my canon 430EX and 580EX!! Using the remote trigger has allowed be to be on the other end of my camera!! GREAT PRODUCT!

I use these to trigger my Flashpoint lights for studio shoots and they have worked perfectly for that purpose. These particular units do not do TTL communications with the flash so they work better with manual monolights rather than speedlights.

These flash triggers do exactly what they are supposed to do and more. Since they work also as a shutter release you can fire the flash with the transceiver that it is attached to while also activating the shutter with out ever touching the camera. This means I can hold a speedlite in my hand with a RF-603 attached to it and fire the speedlite with the test button on the transceiver and it will fire the flash and activate the shutter on the camera. this make doing composites a lot easier. this little bit of information wasn't in the description but i did find it buried in the manual.

These were my first triggers purchased and I love these still to this day. They allow you to use your flashes off camera to really get creative. It's pretty simple and straight forward. They do not however allow you to use HSS but I keep them as a spare to the Yonguo 622c triggers for any additional use that I have for off camera flash.

I owned the ctr-301p trigger from the same brand for several years. It worked well with some occasional misfire issue which is not a big problem, but battery change has been a real pain. So I decided to switch to this newer model. Very easy to set up and works great. No problem at all so far. I am very happy with the purchase and plan to get some 560 flashes to use together with the triggers.

I was impressed by these little guys. Not one misfire and just works. Not going to brag about the low cost or the fact that build quality is outstanding, but will just simply say they work great. I will be buying a couple more just to have multiple points of light. I plan on buying at least two yongnuo flash lights YN560 III is just a great partner. I modified the RF-603 to work with Sony NEX-6 and wow!!! this is just such a great product. Buy it before they run out!!! I am placing another order now. BTW, I am a photographer which has been using high end ProSummer equipment since early 80s. I am impressed.

  • By it's a bird, it's a plane, it's my lousy opinion

These things are surprisingly good. I had no trouble triggering my flash from WAY away... Like much farther away than I can imagine routinely using it. I was able to walk around 500' away outside, and still trigger my flash. I really ran out of a place to walk away and still test with a clear sight line.

Just to add a minor piece of information about the FZ1000 (and probably other members of the FZ and GH families) - the camera does not seem to trigger a flash (nor can you adjust the flash menu options) if your shutter is set to electronic only. Once the shutter is on auto or mechanical, these fire great.

Very easy to set up and use. The included cable fits the 40D correctly and allows remote triggering of the shutter (photo booth style.) This was an unexpected bonus; don't have to use the self-timer so much anymore.

Does everything I had hoped for. Easy setup and so far no missed flash or shutter releases. Using with a  Yongnuo YN-560 III Speedlite Flash for Canon & Nikon - GN58 - Built in 2.4Ghz trigger/transceiver with full support for RF602/603 triggers. and the combination is so far (one day of playing)completely reliable. The 560 III has the RF receiver built in and is completely compatible with the 603. With just the 2 transceivers and the 560 III I can control my 7d shutter release and one flash remotely. Or you can control 2 flash units remotely.

From all of my initial testing, as long as you have the properly set channels these triggers work perfectly. Im buying another set. they work great with both my Canon and Yongnuo flashes.
