Features:
The new RF-603 II is improved version of RF-603, it is a remote shutter release as well as a multi-functional flash trigger which can synchronously trigger flashes and studio strobes. 
Through the transceiver based system each item can be used flexibly as trigger or receiver. 
Only 2 AAA batteries are required as power source for each item.
The 2.4GHz wireless frequency is suitable in most countries and guarantees high speed, distance and stability. Within capacious areas, the remote control distance may reach to 100m. 
The synchronization speed can reach to 1/320, depending on the situation.

Improved features:
1. Hot shoe locking system to prevent from slipping off
2. Switch on side for easy operation
3. Enhanced self-detecting system

Functions: 
Supports single contact triggering.
Can achieve wired and wireless remote shutter release function.
Flash Trigger: to fire the Flash Speedlite; to fire the Studio Strobe light (You need to purchase an extra 6.35mm cable to fulfill this function).

    These work great. They allow me to get rid of the flash cord on my macro rig which allows me to take the flash off the rig and put it at a distance whenever needed.

    They work perfect! I used to own a Nikon D5000 and the" RF 603N" triggers but they didn't worked on my new Canon 70D, so I had to bought these ones. Turns out that the old ones (RF 603N) and these ones work perfectly together! You can use them together, only if you have the right one for the model on your camera mounted there.

    Great triggers. I had some RF-603 original versions that would not work with my Fujifilm X-T1 due to the low voltage of the hotshoe to autoswitch the trigger into transmit mode. The addition of the new selector switch on this RF-603 II allows for it to function. Inexpensive, good function, easy to use design. Can't go wrong.

    These work great with my Fuji X-T1 - both as a remote shutter release and with a Nikon SB-600 as a remote flash - set both units on TRX mode - when using as a remote shutter release attach the included cable to the remote shutter port on the X-T1.

    Worked great right out of the box. I haven't had any issues or complains in the month I've used it. The upgrades and changes make it even better than the previous version. Definitely recommended, specially if you are just starting on the flashes/strobe world.

    Build quality is decent. Light but reasonably solid. Locking rings work well, as they should. The units are identical, allowing you to trigger the camera both ways with either remote on or off the camera (using the remote shutter cable) Overall the flexibility of this system makes it a very good product and eventually I will be getting another set to run more flashes.
