Great product , I'm very happy with this set over the Pocket Wizard , or anything else for that matter, cause I easily went over 100ft or more because I actually went outside to see if it would fire when I couldn't even see it and my wife said it fire right off as expected !! This setup works masterfully with 3 groups and up to 7 flashes , if really needed lol ! For me , I have two running for now, & one is the basic Altura Flash and the other is a YN-568EX Yongnuo Flash, & they work absolutely perfect together !! $50 flash and a $100 flash gets the job done !!

Amazing combo. I have four YN-568EX flash units (three main & one for back-up), and absolutely love being able to control the power of the units from the trigger on top of my camera. I just wish I could control more than three groups at a time. HSS is a nice feature that I have tested indoors & have gotten it to work successfully, but I haven't tested it outdoors yet. Built solid, the LCD & sidelights are nice and bright, and they lock onto my hotshoe and coldshoes tightly. Only minor complaint I have is that I find that it's easy for the power switches on the YN-622s to bump to the one position while in my camera bag, so I now only used rechargeable Eneloop batteries to avoid buying batteries left and right.

I own 3 sb 700s and have always used one as a commander but the set up was a pain to use. I picked up this set if YN triggers and they are so easy to use. With the use of my new light meter and these triggers OCF is almost fun now. On my d7100 I have shot then up to 2000 shutter with on misfires. I am only 3 sessions in with them maybe 1000 shots with no misses. They do good in TTL but the manual use is awesome. I love these wish I would have used these sooner.

I'm using a Nikon D750 with the Yongnuo YN622n-TX transceiver attached to the hotshoe. I have a Metz 44 AF-1 flash attached to a YN622n ii and set to TTL. When using nikon cameras, the flash must be set to TTL !! Everything works fine. I set the zoom on the TX to AU (automatic) and the zoom on the Metz matches the zoom on my lens(you can hear it changing zooms). I can put the TX in manual mode and it also works, but the TX has more setting in manual mode than the Metz so there is a limitation there. I have a Yongnuo YN568EX attached to a YN622N ii in another group and it functions perfectly. I've seen posts that says you have to turn everything on in a specific order or the radio transmission fails for some flashes. I can turn everything on in any order I like. After everything is on I half-press the shutter button on my camera a couple of times and everything links up. I have the version II of the trigger so that may be the difference. If you have version one of the trigger then you might want to upgrade to version 2. I have also updated the firmware. I am very impressed with the hardware. The instruction manual is pretty bad, so I went online and found several good tutorials that got me up and running. Once you figure it out it is pretty easy to use. You can make changes quickly and press the test button to see if all is well.

I have ventured out into the prosumer/professional photography realm this year and I needed an external flash. After much research and having a budget I decided to purchase this unit with the wireless bundle. I have no regrets at all, the flash operates flawlessly with easy to use interface and modes. It has more than enough power, as seen in my photo attached to this review; you can see it will light up a subject even going against ambient sun light. My next goal is to use his for real estate and automotive photography and light painting, which I am confident it will perform well.
