    Extremely high quality. Couldn't ask for more. For my purposes I wish it was smaller - but that would involve some compromises to the design. Check the size carefully. I especially love the smooth dampened motion of the screw. Threads are very fine meaning it has precise adjustment so you can be sure you're equipment is firmly in place. Looks and feels beautiful to use.

    I really love theses units they are really easy to use fast and very efficient you can leave it on your camera and if like me you use two cameras with one on each then you can just change over from one to the other as easy as one two three

    I needed something like this for a 'trail camera' in the garden. Having determined where the best view for the camera was I needed a quick release for viewing indoors and to facilitate battery changes. Once secured to the bottom of the camera it is great and speeds things up to simplify these tasks. The spirit levels are somewhat pointless - they are far too small to register accurately - but I can do without these.

    The Andoer® Adapter Plate Square Clamp was exactly what it appears to be in the picture, but better made. I use this on my Canon &d with Sigma 300mm F2.8 lens, 4Kg in total. No issues,

    Bought as a cheap solution to a monopod problem. Having to remove the Arca Swiss plate from the base of my camera whenever I wanted to use the monopod was getting old. This bolted straight on to the monopod (a Manfrotto) without any hassle and does the job perfectly. It's very solid and well made for the price.

    These quick release plates are well made, entirely from metal. They are very slim so do not add too much bulk to your tripod/rig. You would be hard pressed to find better value for money.

    Very well made, great anodised finish with decent sized, knurled, clamping knob. Supplied with 1/4 to 3/8 adaptor bush and 1/4 hex screw (no wrench provided though) so you can fit to a variety of tripod or ball heads. Graduated markers if you wanted to set up for repeatable positioning with a similarly graduated slide plate. Two small spirit levels for assisting to get the camera level in both portrait and landscape mode, depending upon you camera orientation. machine grooves to accommodate the anti-slide out screws of the "arca" style plates. The underside is also machined to take some of the ball heads with the twin prongs to prevent rotation.
