The signal generator is an ultra-wideband phase-locked loop (PLL), with iegrated voltage controlled oscillator (VCO), capable of working in integer-N and fractional-N modes.
With an external reference clock oscillator and loop filter, the signal generator can form a high-performance frequency synthesizer capable of synthesizing frequency ranges of 23.5MHz to 6000MHz, while maintaining superior phase noise and spurious specifications.
The internal multi-channel integrated VCO covering the ranges of 3000MHz to 6000MHz and the 1-128 output frequency divider are used to realize the clock output with an ultra-wide frequency ranges. Compatible with 1.8V control logic.
The characteristics of the radio frequency signal source module are that the onboard default high-precision 25MHz 0.5ppm TCXO, the internal VCO base frequency output frequency ranges is 3~6GHz, and the base frequency is divided below 3GHz.
This radio frequency signal source module is a full touching screen frequency input, the output frequency mode is point frequency, and sweeps frequency is optional.
The radio frequency signal source adopts lead-free, 5mmx5mm, and the operating temperature ranges is extended to 40°C to 85°C.
This tool can be controlled by PC, output amplitude is -4~5dBm, 4-level touching screen control.
