Q: How to connect with my phone?
BT Connection:
1.Take out the earphones from the charging box
2.Wait for right earphone’s inditor flashing
3.Open the phone BT and click “Haylou-T15 R” to connect
4.The inditor disappears, earphone connected successfully
Q: Only one earbud can connect with my phone, why?
A: Please delete connectivity record of T15 on cellphone firstly, and keep touching to power them off, then turning them on at the same time, tapping one of them lightly to re-pair BT with phone.
Q: Why the headphones does not charge?
A: Please make sure both ends of the USB cable are securely connected. If you use a power outlet, ensure that the power supply is connected securely and the outlet works. If you use a computer, make sure it is connected and the USB port is powered. Turn on the headset and then turn them off. Disconnect and reconnect the USB charging cable.
Q: Why the headphone disconnect with the mobile phone within 10 meters?
A: Please check if there is metal or any other material within a relatively close range that may interfere with the Bluetooth connection. Bluetooth is a radio technology that is sensitive to objects positioned between the headphone and the connected device.
Q: There is no audio signal, what can i do?
