Q: How to make the earbuds enter pairing mode?
Enable BT on your phone,search for "Earbuds X1"in the list of available devices,and touch it to connect. When the indicators on both earbuds flash white once every 5s, the pairing is successful.
Q: Factory reset:
Put the earbuds into the charging case and press and hold the touch control area on both earbuds simultaneously for at least 10 seconds to restore the earbuds to their factory settings.
Q: How to power on/off the earbuds?
When using for the first time, you must leave the case closed for 10 seconds to allow the device to activate.
Enable Bluetooth on your phone before using the earbuds.
Do not open the case multiple times in quick succession.
The earbuds will automatically power off and start charging when they are placed in the charging case and the case is closed.
Q: How to charge the charging case?
When the charging case is being charged, its indicator will be steady red.
When the charging case is fully charged, its indicator will be steady blue.
When the charging cable is disconnected, the indicator will be off.
Q: How to reconnect the earbuds?
* Reconnection after an out-of-range disconnection:
a. The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the phone if they come back in range of the phone within 10 minutes after an out-of-range disconnection.
b. If the earbuds cannot reconnect to the phone within 10 minutes after an out-of-range disconnection, they will turn off automatically.
* Automatic reconnection:
a. When both earbuds are in the charging case, they will automatically reconnect to the last connected phone when the case is opened.
b. When both earbuds are outside the charging case, press and hold for 5 seconds to power them on, and they will automatically reconnect to the last connected phone.
c. When powered on, the earbuds can connect to the last connected device.
