This vacuum cleans well, but it has its downfalls. It sometimes begins to clean on its own, without me pushing start manually on the app. This can be pretty annoying and im not sure how to make it stop. Maybe it starts on its own when its fully charged? It has also wedged itself underneath, the couch and has gotten itself stuck about 5 times so far. It is already getting scratched up because of its tendency to run into things and squeeze into tight places. Ive only had it for a week or two. The reason I have given it such a high rating is because I am not dissapointed with its cleaning powers. I Dont think any robotic vacuum is without flaws. I believe this vacuum has less flaws than most for the price.

I have owned three other robot vacuums. This is by far the best. It cleans thoroughly and quietly. I have a dog, two cats, and a husband who never takes off his shoes. I vacuum once a week with my big vacuum and use my beautiful new robot six days a week first thing in the morning. I move a few chairs and cords and pick up the pet dishes. While the vacuuming is being done, I do the remainder of my morning cleaning routine. The amount of time I save and the way my house feels is amazing. I am purchasing a second for the second level of my home. I think that says it all.

I bought this vacuum because I have dark hard wood and patterned carpet that highlights any dust or dirt. I was consistently tired of having to vacuum everyday to maintain presentable home. This robot is unreal. It moves from hardwood to shag carpet without issue which was one of the problems I had with a previous Roomba. For about half the cost, you cant go wrong.

Second generation Roborock works great. We have over 2900 sq ft of ceramic tile flooring along with a few throw rugs used in various locations around the house. The only issue was the unit would get stuck in the tracks of the sliding glass doors, but we bought the magnetic strip wall and now it completely avoids those hazardous areas. We love the ability to schedule the unit to clean anytime we want during the week and the blueprint it makes of your floor layout on the Android app is amazing. Using the blueprint, you can request a special area clean whenever needed. Great product.

The only negative point I have is that it doesn't like deep pile carpets. Most of my floors are hardwood and tile with an area rug here and there. I have 1 room with a deep pile carpet and it almost always stops in that room and says the main brush is clogged. It isn't clogged but I turn it a little with my fingers and push the button to start it again. It continues on it's way, usually without stopping again. Replacement parts are readily available and you can buy a package of 2 filters, 2 side brushes, 1 main brush and a brush cleaning tool for about $25.00 on ebay. I would buy this robot vacuum again and I would recommend it to friends.

this is the best Vacuum, by far it beat the Neato and Roomba, great value for the price, and the best part it quiets, and my two dogs do not get scared, it do not get stuck somewhere in the house like the last Roomba and Neato, the WIFI connect is great, you can see live for the progress of the Vacuum and star the job remotely, work great with Alexa too.

Ive been very happy with my Roborock. It is my first robot vacuum. After reading all the reviews and comparisons, this was my pick and it's been great. Cleans well on my hard floors and large area rugs. I have already noticed a difference in my weekly dusting; There is less dust in the air and on the furniture now that I have the Roborock running daily. For the money, its a good value in my opinion.

I went through 4 high end vacuums before finding this one! I work in IT and specifically with AI. I've been nothing short of impressed! The mapping is outstanding. It picks up so much off the floor. Transitionions easy between tile and my carpet. I have aab and golden so I scheduled it to run twice a day and it fills up the tank every time it runs! This thing has been my favorite purchase in a long time. It gets around all my chair legs, hugs walls and corners perfectly, and leaves nice brush strokes in the carpet.

This is by far my most prized possession. I’m not sure how we did things before we had our Vacuum. My boyfriend begged me to buy this. I was so skeptical about it but it works. We run it every other day. It picks up every single hair. I never sweep anymore. It’s extremely smart and covers all possible areas. It never gets stuck but we are pretty good at keep the house picked up. It vacuums our whole house on the highest power and still has 35% battery life. I cannot day enough great things about this product.

Very nice robot vacuum cleaner for my ceramic tile floors. Floors are always clean now and I can walk bare feet without any dust sticking to my feet. I have it programmed to run once a day to clean my floors everyday. WiFi linked and tells me when it starts and stops. I can also review a map of where the robot cleaned. The robot is programmed to mapped out the floor plan and vacuum.

tried several different top of the line vacuums and this by far cleans better and also navigates better than any other. You can set it and forget it, with the others I felt they needed supervision. I am very happy with the product. Works good on carpet and area rugs even though they are low pile. Will do another review later but after 1 week am very satisfied. The ordering was easy, product came and was well packed. Am pleased with the seller. I am in the United States and it came with correct plugs, did not need adaptors. The app was easy to use and navigate.
